Next PostI made these vegan chickpea steaks a few days ago. Here they are frying in bbq sauce for a caramelized glaze. My mix was a little too wet after adding onion & mushroom that wasn’t in the recipe, so I compensated with breadcrumbs which made it a little too bready. It’s essentially Seitan with chickpeas (garbanzo beans), so with a few more tries, I’ll nail it.
Easy like a Sunday mornin’ to-scram… that’s tofu scramble, duh. Cooked with @BeyondMeat, red onion, black salt & fresh oregano that I ‘found’ in the neighbors herb garden. Served up in a toasted pita, and a little sambal oelek. . #vegan #veganbreakfast #veganfood
