My @beyondmeat burger method: cook with mushrooms, fried in burger oil with garlic salt & liquid aminos. When burger & mushrooms are ready, add Chao pepper jack cheese directly to the pan, add the burger on top, give that a minute, then lift the burger & cheese on to some mushrooms. This creates a cheese-mushroom-burger mega-melt. After 30 seconds, flip and serve onto a toasted bun with #vegenaise & home made coleslaw (shredded cabbage with vegenaise, mustard & tahini). Yes, this burger is upside down & its orientation was corrected before chomping. #veganburger #vegan
