I fried it for quite a long time until it started to crisp up, then started to add a mix of melted peanut butter, soy, hoi sin & lime juice. I crushed up some peanuts and added those for fun too. Served with noodles using bean sprouts, carrots, onion & garlic and a little hoi sin. #vegan #whatveganseat

Easy like a Sunday mornin’ to-scram… that’s tofu scramble, duh. Cooked with @BeyondMeat, red onion, black salt & fresh oregano that I ‘found’ in the neighbors herb garden. Served up in a toasted pita, and a little sambal oelek. . #vegan #veganbreakfast #veganfood
