Next PostI fermented some bird’s eye chilis for a couple of weeks and made some Holy Shit Hot Sauce. This one is bright and citrusy, and medium hot. Fermenting (if you aren’t aware) in salt water brings a pickley tang, pleasant acidity and level of sanitation, so it won’t get moldy. Ingredients: Chilies White Vinegar Lime juice Lemon juice Salt A little garlic Turmeric Smoked paprika Cayenne pepper Blended well. Sieved & bottled. #hotsauce #vegan
